Want to see if you qualify for the Colorado Home Buyer Credit? Complete the form below and I’ll contact you to discuss your home-buying plans and how the buyer credit may work with your transaction.
Can I combine the credit with additional incentives offered by others?
Potentially. Seller concessions, builder incentives and lender credits are applied first under this program. My buyer credit may then be added when permitted and usable within the transaction and applicable financing or loan-program guidelines.
Can I use the program when buying new construction?
Yes, the Colorado Home Buyer Credit may be available on eligible new-construction purchases when the transaction meets the program requirements.
Is the $10,000 credit guaranteed?
No. The amount depends on the buyer-side brokerage compensation actually received, the program formula, transaction terms, and applicable financing and loan-program requirements. The maximum program credit is $10,000.
Full Buyer Credit Disclaimer
*Buyer Closing Credit Terms & Conditions: Program is offered exclusively through Tina Biunno, Broker Associate with eXp Realty, to eligible buyers represented by Tina Biunno in connection with the purchase of real property in Colorado. This is an independently offered program funded from the buyer-side brokerage compensation generated by Tina Biunno’s transaction and is not an eXp Realty company-wide program.
The Buyer Closing Credit is equal to fifty percent (50%) of the buyer-side brokerage compensation actually received by the brokerage in connection with the transaction, subject to a maximum credit of $10,000 and a minimum of $7,500 in buyer-side brokerage compensation retained. If fifty percent (50%) of the compensation would result in less than $7,500 being retained, the credit will be reduced accordingly. If total buyer-side brokerage compensation is $7,500 or less, no program credit is available.
Seller concessions, builder incentives, lender credits, and other available transaction incentives or credits are applied first under this program. The Buyer Closing Credit is then applied only to the extent an additional credit is permitted and usable in the transaction. The Buyer Closing Credit must be applied toward eligible closing costs and/or prepaid expenses and may not be used for principal reduction. The credit is subject to the terms of the transaction and all applicable lender, financing, loan-program, underwriting, and closing requirements and limitations. The amount of credit available may therefore be reduced or unavailable depending upon the buyer’s financing, loan program, transaction structure, allowable closing costs, prepaid expenses, or other applicable requirements.
The final Buyer Closing Credit cannot exceed the lesser of (1) the amount available under the program formula, (2) $10,000, or (3) the maximum amount permitted and usable under the applicable transaction, lender, financing, and loan-program requirements. Any portion of the credit that cannot be used at closing has no cash value, will not be paid directly to the buyer, and will not be paid outside of closing. No specific credit amount is guaranteed. Cannot be combined with any other offers.
Participation requires a written buyer representation agreement with Tina Biunno and is subject to the terms of that agreement. Offer valid through December 31, 2027. Program terms may be modified or discontinued for future participants at any time; changes will not alter benefits already established under an existing written agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Not intended to solicit buyers currently subject to an exclusive brokerage agreement with another real estate brokerage.
